Account Registration

Employer Accounts: For companies and recruiters posting job openings

Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Respect the intellectual property rights of others
Not use automated tools to access or scrape data from the platform
Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Post discriminatory job listings or engage in discriminatory hiring practices
Post fraudulent, misleading, or false information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the platform to distribute malware or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate another person or entity
Collect or harvest personal information of other users
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Job Postings and Applications

For Employers

You are responsible for the accuracy of your job postings
Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws
You must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates our policies
You agree to handle candidate data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws

For Candidates

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and application materials
You should not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
Applications submitted through our platform are subject to employer review
We do not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on Job Board, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Job Board or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Your Content

By posting content on Job Board, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.

Payment and Fees

Some features of Job Board may require payment of fees. By using paid services, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing page
Provide accurate and complete payment information
Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
Be responsible for any taxes associated with your use of paid services
Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Job Board is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We Do Not Guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or quality of job postings or user profiles
That job opportunities will lead to employment
The conduct or reliability of employers or candidates
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That our services will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Board and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Note: Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Job Board shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Georgia. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Job Board after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
